Day 327 of 365
Today was spent preparing for a bake trade party that I am going to tomorrow night. A fellow photographer and one of the people that I am doing the 365 project with, invited me to a girl’s night at the Bay Lofts - I think it will be a great night to meet new people and kick off the Christmas season.
As I am not much of a baker, the idea of making 6 dozen of anything was a little daunting but after a search for a good recipe, a quick stop at the grocery store and a few hours of working on my baking skills, the Chocolate Dipped Coconut Macaroons turned out quite well. My taste-tester, Dustin, approved so they are ready for the party.
