Christmas Day
It was a unique Christmas day. During a wintery drive home from North Battleford, the clock struck midnight and Dustin and I celebrated the official start of Christmas Day. After a bit of a slumber back home, I awoke to go to the hospital and put in a day of work. It actually turned out to be a pretty good day, though a little busy, it was nice to spend the day with my work family and I loved that everyone was in such a great mood - you could totally feel the Christmas spirit everywhere in the hospital. After work, it was out to my parents house where we ate the traditional Ukrainian Christmas meal and spent the evening opening gifts, laughing and visiting.
